Our Commitment
Accessibility Statement
Accessible Care and Information
Inland Family Optometry is committed to providing a website and patient experience that is accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to make our digital content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Our Standard
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal, not a claim of certification or full conformance. Areas for improvement include navigation, keyboard access, colour contrast, text alternatives, forms, headings, and compatibility with assistive technology.
Need Assistance?
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, please tell us what page or feature caused difficulty and what assistive technology you were using. Call our Rancho Cucamonga office at (909) 345-6100 or our Chino office at (909) 345-9809. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We welcome feedback and use it to prioritize improvements. Third-party services may not be fully controlled by us, but we encourage their providers to offer accessible experiences and will assist patients with alternatives where possible.
